Two 10 SD2.5 Box Help***

I am doing these in a trunk of an AQ1200d

I am using this box design

I am just wondering what tuning these woofers like to be tuned to?

The Fs is 33 hertz but the website says to tune to 40 hertz.

I was thinking around 1.5 cubes per sub tuned to 32hertz with 14sq inches of port area per cube.

i would do 35 as lowest. Those subs still hit lows tuned high, amazingly.

i tuned to 38 with my box and i'm very happy with it. The owner of AQ (DJL on this forum) recommends a tuning frequency of 38-40 for these subs as well as the HDCs

Okay Im going to tune to 38 hertz with two 4inch aeros, with a 3.2 cubes net.......

two 4 in aeros should work well, although i would recommend a single 6" if you can, will cause less air turbulence that way and would be around the same port area. Both should work well though...

airspace seems to be about right, maybe a tad on the large side, but with how much power your using i think it will work well:

4th paragraph lists box sizes. You can also go to the digital designs website as well since their box recommendations are very similar to AQs recommendations.

ya, everything else seems to be easy to get to on the website except box info.

although, it would be nice to be able to find out the prices in the sub info sections, instead of just on the order form...

i have two of them on a hifonics bxi2008d in a 2.6 @36 hz box and it gets as loud as my previous setup with 15" hdc3 on ab vfl150.1 in somethin like 4 @ 36

Look on their site. I dont think they make the SD2.5 anymore, just the SDC2.5.
