Here you go, the jumper is on the input sideI have looked at several sellers to see the jumper switch but none have it pictured. Would you post a picture of it?

I see it now. It is that block under the wires. Here you go, the jumper is on the input side
Well I’ll be. So it functions perfectly when I play it straight to the head unit like you suggested.Since home audio is designed for 8 Ohms, I do not know if that factored into playing as it should. Could you connect the speakers direct to the car radio?
Yes that is correctI see it now. It is that block under the wires. View attachment 43885
That is strange. The amp should not be able to over ride the passive x-over. All settings on the amp look correct, so now the only culprit is the amp. Do you have access to another amp?so does this mean the amp is faulty?
I don’t ATM, super strange how the amp could be the issue, because ultimately x-over should be blocking it.That is strange. The amp should not be able to over ride the passive x-over. All settings on the amp look correct, so now the only culprit is the amp. Do you have access to another amp?
No boosted base anywhere. This is a tricky one. Is the bass boost jacked up on the amp or hu?
Anybody else notice that either the crossover is 6db or only crosses the tweeter at 12db?
To clarify, the JBL amp is connected to the Sub Out or the Front & Rear channels?Correct
I lost interest when he said BASE. How have the tweeters not blown already? I had some tweets crossed over wrong and they were smoking immediately. Something sounds weird. Are your tweets playing 80 hz notes? If they are then what tweets are you running?
