Hello,

This is my first time upgrading car audio and there are so many options so I am hoping to get some help here.

I have a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe that I am going to be upgrading the speakers and deck soon. My budget is around $500 (not including deck and installation.) A simple deck with Bluetooth will work, cd player not needed. Any suggestions for a deck?

As far as speakers go can anyone recommend (4) 6.5" speakers and (2) 1" tweeters? Also, an amp if needed.

Any suggestions will help a lot and will be very much appreciated 🙏

Two sets of these and get an amp later. This deck will work for you. 5 volt pre-outs for your amp.

Thank you for the help! Do you think I should not worry about replacing the current 1.25" tweeters in the dash then?

you seems to be a JBL/infinity fan. hummm, maybe you can help me for my choice. i already have pioneer champion series in my doors and want to add 2 more speaker at the back and am heading towards SQ speakers. found some JBL and infinity component speakers and their reviews seems to be great. what do you suggest for SQ? what model?

What vehicle? What amplifier? What's your budget?

I actually like Deaf Bonce mids and Rockford tweeters lately. I think one of the best mids right now is the Pioneer Pro 6¾'s.

Unfortunately I don't know how to check that, I don't have any experience with car audio systems and I'll be having someone else do the install.
And thanks for the recommendation on the infinity kappa 63xf's. I found them on Amazon for a really good price and ordered them.

I ran those in my truck and you can adjust the +- db and the angle on the tweeter. They are very good speakers.

What size are the stock speakers that you will be replacing?

Something like this should work.
