trying to pick the right subwoofer

I'm in search of a purely loud and sound quality system. subs wise.

NOTE: I have plenty of clean power to run around 7k rms in bass alone. 320amp alt charging @14.8. 3/0 royal excelene welding cable and 80ah yinglong cells.

my subs I currently have.

-5 resilient sounds gold 8's. BRAND NEW

- 2 re audio xxx12's BRAND NEW

-2 nemesis hectic 15's

my delima is should I run the 5 8's or the 2 12's?
getting rid of the 15's they sound like garbage. I'm not sure what setup to use. don't wanna start using new subs if they aren't what I'm going for.

I was thinking of saleing all subs and going with 3 fi audio neo 3x 12's and keep it 2 spiders for sq. and the entry level.

I would like to hit somewhere around 145-db maybe slighlty more. again want to have a sq system that can get loud and low like the re xxx12's that everyone says. really wanna try mine.

I'm going to build custom boxes ofcourse and can build quality ones. so not worried about box in anyway. this is purely a sub issue.

NOTE 2: mids and highs are fine. deafbonce mids. the 300watt rms 6.5 ones that play from 120hz-12khz. then tweets are the ds18 4 inch that play from 2.5khz-22khz or something like that. they are plenty loud and clear.

yes, I agree. I'm thinking the two re's should easily get me around a nice 150db maybe I should just keep them and try them. they are beefy subs @ 77lbs a piece.

Although those 8's would sound great they wouldn't get as low as your looking for

The old RE's were built by the guy who is now at FI
I think his name was Scott but don't quote me on it
The new ones look similar but motor structure is different and the parts are from china then shipped and assembled in the US
So quality isn't what it used to be

question would the fi 3.x neos, 3 of those 12's the entry lvl 1750rms ones with the 2 spider, sound as good as the re's with lows a sq, minus the xmax ofcourse?

The 05 XXX is very similar to the Adire Audio Brahma. It is an XBL^2 motor. Dan Wiggins is the name you’re looking for. The 06+ RE XXX has a split coil.

idk who that is or what he does. looking for the same sound quality and ability to get loud. any custom sub builders in dfw Texas area that can do that?
