Im trying to hook up a 4 channel amp

I currently have a stock head unit with stock amp with jbl interiors. With an alpine amp pushing a memphis 15 on a high to low converter. I bought a used jbl 4 channel amp to power the stadiums. How do i by pass the factory amp? Is it worth it? Or just buy a head unit and hook it all up then? I plan to get a head unit sooner or later im just ona budget. And impaitent

It all depends on what car you have.
Some of the new cars will not let you change the head unit
There are wiring harnesses that do amp bypass but once again without knowing what kind of car it is it's hard to say

How do i by pass the factory amp

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have found that promises the sky.

Connect all your speaker outputs to this and you will get 5 RCA level channels.
