Trying to choose an amp

Prob good amps. Haven't read anything bad about them.

What exactly are you wanting to do and powering what?

Right now I'm running SQ HDS315s on a ZX1500.. I already had the amp before getting the subs so I got them in 2 ohms.. I want to increase the power on the subs so I need an amp that gets that kind of power at 2 ohms..

Oh gotcha. Why did you get d2 ohm subs?

I ask because most sub/mono amps can do most power @ 1 ohm.

Already had the Kicker ZX1500 so I bought the 2ohm subs to go with that..

Your options might be limited because of that reason.

I know, that's why I made the post.. Don't really know many that can get that kind of power at 2ohms.

Well the KX2400 is $500, so I'm willing to spend about that much..

I'm in the process of moving the subs from my 99 suburban to my 07 Tahoe.. Stock electrical for now but I'm going to do the big 3 upgrade and change the batter to a yellow top.. Running 0 gauge amp kit.. Kicker amps aren't stable below 2ohms

Id run a pair of amps and gain match with a DMM .Have you looked into the PRV amps??Im still debating on snagging one up soon to try out.
