Call the police and tell them you want a restraining order issued against him. It will have to go before a judge and all.

i dont really care to much if he is there its just that he will always keep *****ing to my room mate about me which she *****es to my gf about me which my gf *****es about what they are btiching about. its stupid. this guys cause alot of problems and even though he is a good friend to rely on for help but its not worth this hassle.
