you'd much rather be caught by local police...I've been dodging the feds for years...the local police have nothing on the big boys.....

feds have way more power an juristiction than regular investigators an handle the more serious cases or handle catching the people the police cant catch and they are alot better at interogating people an i would say its worse to get caught by them, if they no u did watever u did then move 2 another state but if the feds are after u u might as well turn yourself in if its not tooo serious

its a lot better to catch a federal case than a state case.

if your caught by local police and go through state prosecution, you can get time served, and probation. federal does not do probation, time served, bail or getting out on bond. basically if you need to ask this question, you should not be doing whatever you are doing. good luck

federal jurisdiction trumps state jurisdiction...look at Mike Vick. My tip of the week...don't participate in anything illegal that violates interstate commerce.

Now thats a thought.....I have 4 new video cameras sitting on my living room floor right now one has 160ft night vision....I like knowing whats going on at night.....
