he didnt like me, cause I called him a *** before he moved in..

one night I was extremely inebriated while over there, and he was pissed cause he didnt like me...

he tried to start shit by telling her all of this when i asked him real nicely in private not to be over when im not there but he started it so he made his own choice im just debatting now what to do with him and how to get rid of him.

You can't.

If their name is on the lease, it doesn't matter if they are your friend or you enemy. You cannot legally prevent him from coming over without a restraining order.

no i didnt like her we only dated for a few days but i knew her for a long time and she just started alot of shit btw me and him i didnt care what they did i didnt really like her that much she was just a girl to have at the time. i was 17 didnt matter.
