Tryin to get big..just started lifting. Any advice?

And yes, while steroids will indeed make you bigger (my friend shot up a syringe once in HS and his bench went up almost 50 pounds in a few days, then dropped about 25 pounds after the roids wore off), you really shouldnt start messing with PH/HGH/etc until you near your body's natural capacity and absolutely cant gain anymore using regular supplementation alone.

5) I workout 7 days a week and dont intend on changing.
make sure your muscles are getting the rest they need

(it takes over 24 hours for a muscle to repair itself after the fibers are "ripped apart" by those last couple reps.

5'11'' here and 227 now, so 208 does not mean he is fat or chubby and I just cut down from 265 since april.

**** dude 5 11" @ 205 is pretty chubby. Do you know what your body fat % is? Forget about supplements other than maybe some whey, and a multi vitamin. The best one is the mega mens, its much better than the animal pak. Next is your diet, you should start by eating a meal every 2 waking hours. If you want to bulk start stacking carbs, if you want to cut stay away from carbs after work out, and eat a lot of lean protein. A good diet will most defiantly get you bigger quicker than anything.

Now for your workout, if I were you I would do this split

Chest/tri

Back/bi

Shoulders

Legs

or

shoulders with legs.

Abs should be done every other day, and when you do cardio do not get your HR above around 130 because then you will not only be burning fat but also some muscle. So just take it easy and speed walk. You will NEVER see a bodybuilder running on a treadmill, always walking.

As for steroids, do not take them unless you are around 25, and at your peak natural lifting ability, trust me im nearly at my natural ability but it sucks because im not fully done growing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif and I need to be around 25.

I don't know if this makes me an expert but I weighed 440 lbs as a senior in highschool and was able to lose 235 lbs at one point with no supplementation and did this in 15 months went from size 50 pants to a 34. Hard work pawns everything steroids are not the right choice for someone so young.
