Troubleshooting my install job

I found a blue wire with a white line called "Amp turn on"If this is the right wire, should I splice it directly into the HU or somewhere else along the wire?

I've got plenty of a electrical tape, I'll go tape it up, thankyou for the advice!

That blue and white wire is the right wire.

And it should be coming from the headunit not going into the factory harness. Looks like the white wire you tapped into is going into the factory harness?????

Yep, you guys were right! the wire was going into the harness and it was the WRONG wire. I rewired the remote wire into the Amp Turn on (+12v) wire and everything is working right! I didnt know it would be that simple of a fix. Thank you for all your help guys! Other then the few exposed and unorganized wires, do you guys see any problems with my install job? This is my first time, so I wanna make sure I get everything right. Thanks, Zack

Make sure the amps ground is connected to BARE metal

Glad you got it fixed, yea wrong wire for the amp rem, as mention above you should tidy up the wire ends.
