Toyota Truck Build w/dd1508

Alrighty guys, i need some tunes in my daily driver bad.

Equipment list-

-DD t1508

-RF Punch 801S

-Batcap 2000 (most likely)

-Kicker DS400

-Eclipse 8443

Decided i want to try something different, so i picked up a Digital Designs t1508. Picked up a rf 801s for the amp. i needed something that could do around 1000 @ 4 ohms for this bad boy.

Im 6'3", and my truck came with a bench seat, so that had to change. I had another toyota out back with some so called bucket seats. Wasnt fun swapping them over.

Should be, im unsure of what i want to do with the bottom of the sub box though. The floor is so curvy that im thinking of glassing the bottom and then creating a little false floor to mount the bottom of the box on...

Yeah, at the time, I wished I did too. I just relocated the window track back about an inch or so since most of the depth was accommodated by building outward. Once I deadened everything and got rid of parasitic rattles from the linkage rods for the door locks and such, it sounded terrific.

Plans are 1 cube tuned to 32hz for daily, and then to around 40ish after i see what i peak at in the truck for burps.

I meant it as a compliment too.

Strange that you are doing a DD1508 in that truck, I did one in the same truck awhile back.

It was .75cuft tuned to 38hz. Did 138's w/ a DD SS1a (500wrms).
