dude ur 16.....u cant handle anywhere near a 600hp car. Ur honestly talking outa ur ***. I get myself into trouble in my dads 235hp bmw 330i. get urself a regular supra, or the turbo version, and it will be PLENTY fast.

16!!! What you need is a couple of years behind the wheel before you think about speed.

no he's going to park it next to his dad's what viper and his other pontiac GT i think it was with 2 MTX RFL's and 2 count them 2 JBL 1200.1's b/c we know those things do MASSIVE POWER!! oh yeah man you need a 98' supra that no 16yr old deserve's unless they actually buy it and pay for insurance. i will say this with confidence that no 16yr old deserves a Supra that they don't pay for completly. my 1st ride was a 94' RX-7 and i upgraded the hell out of her. i paid 4g's for it perfect body no engine and perfect ******. what happened to it?? some dumb **** swerved into my lane on the highway b/c there was a plastic shopping bag in the right lane and i flipped my car. i learned my lesson and went back to a SUV for the time being. but yeah seriously NNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWZZZZZZZZZ it up with like 2 100shots of NAWZ then you can be like your idol Paul Walker.

I really hope your kidding with the monster comment. 160hp is nothing. first, my mustang has 250hp and that's still nothing. i'm 17 and i can drive it perfectly fine, although i practice a lot in my school's parking lot wanna talk monster though, i'll find some pics of my dad's 700hp 68' Camaro

BMW's are even more overrated and weigh yet more. So uhm..

When i said rustangs are overrated i was talking about their horsepower. cuz he said that his 260hp rustang was nothing. And i said yea cuz their overrated-refering to their horsepower. but yea how do u think bimmers are overrated? Is it because a 190hp 325 can own a cobra on the track? hmmm its funny how bimmers arent straight line cars at all and an e36 m3 with 240hp can beat a 00'+ mustang GT in a straight line when their rated power is what, 280?

yeah my car does actually weigh quite a bit. i'm not sure how much they weigh stock(i wanna say 3600), but i know that most fox body mustang's with a gutted interior, aluminum heads, and fiberglass hood weigh about 3000-3200lbs. with the driver. but i wouldn't say they're overrated at all. i mean, i have 96k miles on mine, so i'm sure it's not as "fresh" as it used to be, the valve springs could probably use replacing and all, but i still wouldn't say that they're overrated. imo, i think supra's are overrated. while i've never owned one, or known anybody that's owned one, or even know enough to make any sort of accurate comment about it, i still find it very hard to believe that the stock internals/block/transmission can handle some $20k turbo kit and be putting out 1100hp.

read my post riight above urs to see what i was refering to when i say their overrated. I know that Mustangs can be made to be monsters in a straight line no doubt about it. Thats what domestics to great at. and Supras are NOT overrated, and to get 1000+ HP it cant be handled on stock internals and it takes some serious work to get to that point of course. But gettting 600 hp isnt a difficult task with a supra.

hp isn't everything. traction has a shitload to do with drag racing. you can have all the hp you want in the world and you still aren't going anywhere if you have some shitty street radials. plus the weight difference of a bmw v.s mustang is probably around 1000lbs.(which is crazy, no idea how a small mustang can weigh so **** much). PLUS gear ratios in the ***** and rear diff, AND wheel sizes(i don't know if the bmw's are the same as mustangs or not). yeah, so basically you have no proof that a mustangs hp is overrated, but it can be true that a 190hp bmw can beat a 250hp "rustang", as you so put it. oh, and i'm only guessing about my hp, it's rated at 225hp 225torque stock. i've got an aluminum radiator, black magic electric fan, cold air intake, flowmasters, hypertech chip, eibach springs, kyb shocks, Iridium spark plugs(woohoo, a whole true dynotested 2hp) i've got some other stuff, but i've got a horrible memory.

yea of course HP isnt everything. Thats why i said, the HP on their cars are overrated. i dont know where awalbert88 got that Bimmers are overrated and weigh more, but whatever he can believe what he wants.
