That box is decently big, could be deeper. Im guessing its 1.5cuft each chamber.

Seriously JUST FIND OUT what they are WIRED AT..

If its wired at 1 ohm and you are giving it nominal power then you might be a SPL guy and not a SQ guy.. Because 2 subs at 500w each will be pretty loud, and those should be pretty clean sounding too.

i was also thinking of just keeping 1 jl hooked up and running that 1 to my amp and just pushh the jl to the fullest what u guys think? suggestions?

I think i'd rather have 2 getting 300w each than 1 getting 600w (for example)

idk if anyone saw this but.. Is that amp 1 ohm stable? 1 and 4 is all you can run those subs at.. unless that is a 2 channel amp.. if so my bad..

i saw the wiring on saturday and the amp is 1ohm stable. and it was wired at 2 ohms. im not the smartest guy on earth but isnt that bad?

so the verdict... i just sold 1 12 w6v2 and kepth the other 1, bought a better pager alarm system w. the cash from 1 w6 and a bigger ported single box for my lonely w6 but it hits very nice. im running just 1 w6v2 off the same hifonics amp... however its a 1 ch. amp but the sub is wired at 2 ohms. isnt that bad? please help me out
