if sony wanted too they could have the best deck year in and year out lol only reason they came out with the select decks this year was because people kept saying they make sh!t. they already spent the $ in r and d and didnt see the need. they are a huge company with car audio not being a major player in there line up (never was) christ a c-90 and a z-50 do more than hold their own compaired to anything out there for a car.

Crystal Mobilesound : the subs are the best

Memphis : Love their amps. I'm about to get the MOJO

Eclipse: best HU's and cuz everyone I know has Alpine crap

Kicker : GREAT sub company but their amps are kinda...shitty (my friend's 1200 blew after 2 months on a couple of L5s)

JL might have made it but their sh*t is way to over priced.

-Nakamichi (Always loved their HU's/Zed Audio amps)

-Eclipse/Fujitsu Ten (I never knew why my buddies rocked Eclipses until I heard them, they have some nice products)

-Arc Audio (b/c of Robert Zeff & Co.)

-Diamond Audio-especially the old school Eton stuff (thnx to my installer "Stereo Connection" circa 1996, Rob where did u guys go? I need my stuff installed.)

i think its amazing how many of you mentioned Adire yet overall company would include customer serivce. While they are all niec guys and great products, my experience with problems hasn't always gone so well. Took quite a while for a friend to get his recone.

Eclipse- other than the time when the east coast rep left, they have been good

ARPA products(zapco and monitor 1)- great products and haven't ever had a need to call their customer service

Pioneer Premier-HUs are quite good, nothing else though

Stereo Integrity- great products and Nick is nice

Hmmm...can't event think of anymore that really impress me

McIntosh- they laid the bed for all current high end Amplifier designers, their visions and reference source...period

Seas- one of the worlds oldest, largest speaker manufacturers...which pretty much has developed current production technology, OEM's and supplies raw parts for most speaker companies around the world.

Tympany (Scanspeak, Vifa, Peerless, ..)- for over 75yrs, producing the finest speakers in the world...period

Arc Audio - New company, why? Well his former company should now be called APCO, as the Z (Rob Zeff)now develops amplifier and processor technology for Arc Audio. Quality and reliability. New technology- like the Arc DXE processor, a truly audiophile piece of analog engineering- high quality analog with digital control.

New Arc SE amplifiers this year designed to be the C2K killers. 4kw rms class A/B amplifier. Image built subs. First non-resonant flat cone monster I've ever heard in the Flatline. New Chip Foose, Foose Designs amplifier line-will be the middle level line, featuring a sick Zeff creation 6ch amplifier 100x6 (100x4, ~500x1)

yada yada, they are doing big things in 2006. Alot of quality products period.

Eclipse- Richard Coe, industry Pioneer... Of all the multi-product line companies I feel they offer the better all-around product lines for the SQ market. High quality Subwoofer line. High quality amplifiers. Audiophile grade decks offering the most tuning flexibility . The better audio/video/navi 5.1 units on the market. Etc...
