i have 550 rms to 2 12'' memphis m3 is that too much? they are rated at 400 but word on the streets is that they are tough

word on the street is you should be ok if you are careful.

you should be fine as long as your running a clean signal to them, i had a pair of M3 15's i was running an older memphis 1500d to them i ran them problem free for well over a year
