Just asking because that is what people ask me because I drive on and I'm not gay. Never really used the schrader tool on a tire that was still on a car so It probally is louder then I am used to. I might have to go pick up so weights my brother works ar a tire shop and can hook me up.

Is it the school police or actually county/government police.
My suggestion is to go to the local police station and file the complaint - tell them as you were walking out you saw them messing with your car and that you "WITNESSED" that ******* hit your car and you want to press charges for malicious destruction of property, then call a lawyer and sue his *** to fix it.

short of that, put some sugar in his gas tank or just get it fixed and be done with it.
