Is it the school police or actually county/government police.

My suggestion is to go to the local police station and file the complaint - tell them as you were walking out you saw them messing with your car and that you "WITNESSED" that ******* hit your car and you want to press charges for malicious destruction of property, then call a lawyer and sue his *** to fix it.

short of that, put some sugar in his gas tank or just get it fixed and be done with it.

The school won't pay for it. On the fence where you park there is a sign posted that the school is not liable for anything that might happen to your car while parked in the parking lot. When I was at King my car got stolen from the parking lot an tried to get a way for the school to pay for it didn't happen plus the resource officer was a dick. Anyway your case is a little different since you know who did it you can probably go after them. If your resouce officer won't help you go to the station and file a report also tell them that the resource officers knows about the situation.

Just ask your buddy from the shop for tire weights, or just go to a tire shop and ask for a bucket of them.

Place about 10 of them on the inside of each tire. See him try to drive his Geo then. It rumbles to all hell and f*cks your balancing and alignment up. The look on their faces is beyond priceless.
