Hardly a pain to use, just use pliers.

I use T-taps (but it means you have to invest in male spade connectors as well)

yep, i wouldnt use T-taps, theyre very unreliable, used them in my first alarm install and never will again

exactly what i did for wiring my computer into the acc wire through the 791,i couldnt heatshrink wrap but i just used electrical taped it and zip tied it so it wont get tugged on ever.
