thats correct. but if u cut a square in half, your going to have an angle piece that is longer than 2 sides, that is the definition of a triangle.the more I look at this picture, the dimensions are messed up... near the top you have 4" which is longer then the 5" dimension at the bottom, also your back piece is 21" + 3" , but this would make the front piece larger then 24" since it's angled
