I've never like the Ninjas either, I've always been a Suzuki GSXR fan. The Honda CBRs from the early 2000's were nice, very noob friendly.

you like the hideous alien looking bikes, ickkk.

My friend had a 03 600rr, was a nice bike.

Thats one thing I've always been a major hypocrite about. I always tell people they should but I never did, hell I hated wearing my helmet even tho its state law.

It gets scorching hot down here and with the humidity sometimes it would be to hot to even ride. No squid here, I grew out of my no helmet days.

i'd just get a ninja 250. That ***** will get you 70+ mpg and buying used will hold its value pretty **** well. Better first bike than some ragged out money pit 600.

get a 250...i started on a 6 and went sliding down the highway at 95mph......was pretty fun actually but unless u want to do that start on a 250 hehe....AND WEAR YOUR GEAR....i got up from that slide with some slight pain in my hip from tumbling and that was it.
