Don't mix. lol. I was in my grandma's basement playing with their old remington pump action 22 after a 40 and 2 beers. I was trying to figure out how to take it apart so i racked the chamber open and was pushing this button thing that has a spring behind it hoping to slide the pump action part off and it wouldn't. So i opened up the tube and dumped the handful of rounds i'd put in it a couple weeks ago then racked it closed. It still wouldn't come apart so i decided to pull the trigger. BOOM *ears ringing while ceiling tile rains on my head*. OOPS. Luckily it was a subsonic round and my grandparents thought it was the dog gate, lmao.

At least nobody was hurt.

A few years ago a buddy of mine killed his outside AC unit when he dry fired his Romanian AK style rifle. He didn't realize he had live round stuck in the chamber because he just racked it to clear it without inspecting the chamber. After all was said and done, that mistake cost him around $7,000.

EDIT: The fired round didn't eject either and the only reason I found out about his little mistake was because he asked me how to get a stuck round out of the chamber. I ended up tapping it out with a one piece cleaning rod.

I once punched myself in the chin with a metal corkscrew attempting to open a bottle of red wine when I was drunk. In amazement/stupidity shock, I spilled the wine all over my bed and was dripping blood all over. Almost needed stitches. Still drank the wine.
