titan setup please help

How about the 10" TC-1000 for $148 (Special pricing for right now at http://www.tcsounds.com/ ). It will handle 400 watts+ each, but TC Sounds says they "recommend an amplifier between 250 and 800Watts RMS in to the load configuration to which your subwoofer is wired." Just my .02

I was lookin into them but if i bought 2 of them id only be sending them 200w a peice since those subs are are dual 4 ohm. I want a good sql sub im tryn not to spend over $225 for subs. Would one sub be enough for the truck or should i go with2? I looked into the treo subs but nobody carrys them around me unless i drive 2hrs away so there out. Any other suggestions?
