Titan 8 Lithium Charger

Hello, wondering if this charger is appropriate to charge a TITAN 8 Lithium PWR- S5, only looking to top it off once before it goes in the car.
XS power said I can use a harbor freight charger but this ones half the price.

100% SOC is 13.6 volts for the S5. I wouldn't bother charging if it's pretty close to that out the box.

I love variable power supplies. You can set the voltage and amperage and not have to worry about over charging.

Thanks, I'm so tempted to just throw it in the car without charging but I'm worried about shorting the life. It makes 12ish volts currently out of the box.
