if you rearend another car its your fault, no matter what. you should know where intersections are and be prepared for people to brake/stop in front of you. if you were far anough back like the law says you should be, you would NEVER rear end anyone.Yea, you're right, because you can ALMOST stop when you pick out a car 10 ft infront of you and you think you have another car length at least before you have to stop.
If you have your lights blacked out and someone rear ends you it's going to be your fault, period, unless you have one good lawyer to fight it.
There are people out there, too, who'll tint them bastards so dark shit like that happens, which is why they get cited and whoever crashed into them gets of scott free.
