Tinting car tail lights?

Yea, you're right, because you can ALMOST stop when you pick out a car 10 ft infront of you and you think you have another car length at least before you have to stop.
If you have your lights blacked out and someone rear ends you it's going to be your fault, period, unless you have one good lawyer to fight it.

There are people out there, too, who'll tint them bastards so dark shit like that happens, which is why they get cited and whoever crashed into them gets of scott free.
if you rearend another car its your fault, no matter what. you should know where intersections are and be prepared for people to brake/stop in front of you. if you were far anough back like the law says you should be, you would NEVER rear end anyone.

Black out your tails, get rear ended, and have the person who rearended call you out on it. See how far that defense gets you man. Around here law enforcement don't react nicely to any mods that hamper visibility and the person with the blacked out tails would get at least a nice ticket for compromising their car's visibility/safety.
