Tinting car tail lights?

just wondering a few things, I live in oregon and was wanting to kno...

can i tint all my lights? or just the tail lights? or what lights can & cant i tint?

and will most window tinting shops tint your tail lights for you?

You guys should use a product called 'nightshades' you will ned to check what your local laws are though I know a lot of states do not allow it.

Then chances are your buddy did not know WTF he is doing. if you do the whole process how it should be done it comes out nice and clean.. If you grab the can, shake it a few times and start spraying shit right and left it is going to come out like crap.

Im pretty sure any aftermarket modification to your headlights or taillights is illegal. But mainly only a dick cop would get you for it. You probably have a bigger chance getting in trouble for your windows to dark then your tails tinted. I know some people that have there headlights tinted as well. Heres a little tutorial some kid did on soundsolutions.com It totals to about 100 dollars and is supposedly fairly easy to do. But I just paid the extra 50 to get it done professionally. Although a couple places wanted to charge me 300 bucks for it.

thats probably a good thing. Cause having to ship your own and shit leaves you without tail lights for a good 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Mine however were done in 4 hours at a shop. I paid 150 for it. I know some shops that charge 300

O'Reilly's PN SP999. It's $10 a can. Done right, it's gorgeous. Not for a newbie painter though. I've been doing rattle can work on plastic for years, and getting it perfect was a bit of a challenge for me.
