time to upgrade couple ???'s

i drive an 04 trailblazer with a 140 ampalt with a 34 series YT

i was running 900 watts rms with slight dimming while stopped

i am already upgrading my wiring to 0 gauge plus i am going to do the big 3

do you guys think i can get away with 2000 rms or should i play it safe with 1500-1600

i dont want to have to change out my alternator

and ill be running 2 15's in a ported box if that helps any

i also have access to deka batteries right up the street to if that will be a huge upgrade over the YT

i think doing the big 3 in 0 or bigger and adding the biggest deka up front should help if theres still a problem its not hard to add another run to the back and throw another g31 deka in the back and that should be fine

 
all a battery is is a voltage stabalizer while your car is on all the power is coming from the alt unless voltage drops to 12.6 or below adding more batterys to a system with the alt isnt keeping up is going to add more stress to ur alt because it will have to charge the batterys more and longer
