Bough a used truck - voltage loss?

I bought this truck and the voltage drops a good .5-1 volts when I turn my turn signal on(jumps back and forth with turn signal), and maybe 1-1.5 volts when the head lights are on(Maybe weak alternator?), it stays steady at 14 with the head lights/turn signal turned off. The voltage loss from the turn signal happens wiether it is running or shut off, what is wrong with it? Just a loose ground somewhere or something?

Thats not normal? I lose about .2 volts with the brights on, maybe its just the draw from the lights. However 1 whole volt does seem excessive.
Ya you are not really loosing volts the lights use a lot of power so its common that it should drop down a little, not with a turn signal though I don't think that is suppose to happen ever.

The truck is a 94 Suburban w/ 350 In it
