Time Alignment on a Tri-Way Setup

So I have 6.5 coaxes and a sub running off of a 2ch amp (I know it's not ideal, but that's what I'm working with). This is done by a passive crossover that is splitting the signal at ~80hz.

My question is, if I'm using time alignment on the front channels (the 6.5s), what effect will this have on the bridged sub?
