Well, its been a while since i've been on here but after having my old setup in my grand cherokee, here, i have ripped it out in place of a spare tire (lift and whatnot). But I desperately need some bass back. I'm limited to the dimensions of a removable box located in the spare tire well. I played around with some card board and made what is the biggest box I can fit in there and still have a little room for some storage as well. I have pretty much 1cuft of air space and a maximum mounting depth of 5in, and thats maximum with no ventilation for cooling against the rear of the woofer. I have read some reviews on the shallow mounts subs and on the 8"ers but i really dont know where to go. I have a nine.1 from my old build that I would like to use again, so Im pretty sure its enought power. What's yall's suggestions?

cliff notes- 1cuft of air space, maximum mounting dept of 5", looking for a good sounding sub, not spl of course...
