I would love go build something like that for fun, anyone have any idea how the spheres are implemented? Maybe Area of transducer = 1/2 surface area of sphere?

My guess is the spheres are to radiate the sound in a 360* dispersion pattern.
Well I know that, but how do you size them per driver, bad vocab on my part. Read the website and it said it was difficult etc....could be marketing wish wash, or it really could be difficult to design //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

An educated guess, and then trial and error probably. Plus, remember, their whole goal is to sell you a pair of speakers so of course they are going to tell you that they did countless hours of research and testing to achieve the utmost best in sound that sounds like God himself has touched it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I sell the Bang & Olufsen speakers.
They sound pretty good!
