read back some and you'll see where the missing port length is made up.

Brotha I went after it like a champ but I ran out of room literally. The sides are less then .25 from the cut outs. However I did look at how much room is there once the sub is in and I have more room around the sub than a standard 10in cut out would give. This will be the second box with a triple baffle. First one did surprisingly well but overall was too big.

Moved batt to trunk and added another on the floor. Wires are a mess but its a frozen tundra outside so thats how it sits for the night. lol

Finally sealed up the rings. Used #10-24 x 1/2" nuts and bolts. I chose to do the bolts top side cause the lock themselves in with the basket.
