I'd say it's not the best deal... Ordering, you could get a good 1k watt amp for 250, a nice subwoofer or two for 200 or so, and then get a wiring kit for $50 to do the install. If you pay just a little more, someone else can do the install, and you'll have a much nicer and more powerful setup.

That's definitely a weak amp for the price there, too, imo.

I wish I could do the install myself. But I don't know anyone personally that knows how to do this correctly. I asked what if I brought my own amp and subs in, and they said we could do that but they would charge alot more for installation. But this shop has the best deals I could find in town, I went to about 6 or 7 places and they had the lowest prices easily.

You will like the setup, just the power is kind of low for the P2's. Go with the P1's on the same amp and you will be happy. Or step up the Amp with the P2's.

The 500 is Retail on just the subs and amp. they are giving you a huge deal to include the box, amp and install.

Ok, well I went back into the store today to get a break down on prices and everything else. Here are the two options I was offered.

Option 1 $500

Rockford Fosgate Punch P200-2 Amp

2 JL Audio 10W1v2-4 or 2 Rockford Fosgate P2D410 Subs

Installation, box, and wiring included

Option 2 $550

Rockford Fosgate Punch P400-2 Amp

2 JL Audio 12W1v2-4 or 2 Rockford Fosgate P2D412

Installation, box, and wiring included

So basically, for 50 more bucks I get two 12"'s instead of two 10"'s. I also get a bigger amp.

What do you guys think?

ALso, I have a 96 Accord, so is it even worth it to put 12" in my car? Would that be too much?

I would go for the RF p2's. They are good subs and that will also keep your subs and amp matching.
Matching subs and amp = +5db minimum FYI lol
I think I am going with the P2's. Thanks again for everyone that helped me out!

I will hopefully post some pics after it is done.
