It will run cooler then the stock alt seeing as your stock is forced to do 100% duty under the load of your system but a good h.o. alt won't have to work nearly as hard.

heh an also sorta off topic but is there anyway i can put more run of 0g from front batt like a aftermarket battery terminal or something becuase stock is so short its hard to squeeze even one on the terminal post
