not the best at boxes myself but this is the box plan i was going to use on a 12" q. scott said it would work really well.

you're a lifesaver man, that's the perfect box. One question though, does it matter where the cutout of the sub is? I know its a stupid question.

um, again not the best at boxes, still learning. but i was told to place it in the center for best sound and strengh purposes. but wait for someone else more knowledgable.

ahh but seriously... Ru looking for Sq? cause I Got one Brahma 12" in a .80 cu box with over 1000 watts and its seriously tight and accurate. Hit's too, and get lower then my last ported 15"

you might wana go sealed for one Fi-Q, just a thought...

yeah, scott said he actually prefers the q sealed, but with a low tuning you'll still get really good sq with a little more output.

^^^ I was thinking for going to a sealed box. But the only one i would buy has only 1.13^3 feet. Would that be enough for an FI Q?

1.2 sealed, after displacement is perfect.
