This a good setup?

I am looking to get a decent system for a decent price. I am looking to go with two pioneer w3003d4's. I have heard these are your best bang for the buck. Powered by a pioneer 8601 amp. I can't find the 9601 otherwise I would buy that. In the long wrong I could always get another 8601 to power both individually. My main question is, will the 8601 power those subs decently? Also, I can't find anything if they can be wired to 1 ohm. Thanks!

they are very good subs just no one cares about them cause they pioneers but they have dual spider, good coil and single piece cone $70 on ebay, where i got mine it's pretty loud ported with about 500rms.. if u do ported u really need ss filter pioneer amps don't have that u should look at rockford 1200.1 super well reviewed amp does about 1350rms from what i've seen.. if u aren't looking to rattle car to death the 8601 is fine but if u doing sealed and u want decently loud u may need more power., lots of amp options for under $250., u know what maybe good is a ppi 1000.1 saw one on ebay for $111 it's a very small amp but it's very tightly packed has good reviews., i've thought about getting one.. ps they have 9601 on amazon but it's $257 rockford is $242 better amp, between the rf 500,750and 1200 they have about 2500 basically 5 star reviews of course u could get a cab amp but thats alot of power 1600rms., do u have 0ga wire if so get a cab set gain about 25%..

I'm new to the whole car audio thing. But couldn't I just adjust the high pass and low pass to create the filter to not go below a certain frequency? I'm not looking to spend over $130 on an amp as a I have a $300 budget for my new sub setup. Also, I do plan to do ported in a sound ordnance box that is 1.61 cubic feet per chamber. All in all will the setup that I stated earlier be good for a start? I have 2 sony xplod on a 1100 watt amp and they sound like buns. I want deep loud clear bass. The bass I am getting now sounds really distorted and the amp is underpowering the subs buy a lot. I only paid 40 for them so I can't complain //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gif

Also do you think it would be okay to run on the boss amp as it can run 825 watts rms at 2ohm. That is till I earn enough money to buy a better amp.
i'd be kinda shocked if u could find a boss amp that actually does 800rms..i have a autotek that says everywhere 1600rms it's does like 500 and really not bad for the $ but i wish i had spent $40 more., even skar 800 be better in fact a autotek sm 2100 be better than boss.. in fact skar 750 is $109 it's 20x better than any boss., if i did 750 @2 ohm i'd get it for that $.. https://www.amazon.com/Skar-Audio-LP-1000-1Dv2-2000-Watt-Monoblock/dp/B0145XGT52?th=1
