if i have a 300 what amp on a 250 what sub and im already pushin all the limits with gains and everything would it make any difference to go bigger on the sub wiring its self to let more power to the subs or will it just sound like shit and be over powered

#1. Please tell me your gains are not maxed out

#2. Please tell me you are not using bass boost.

#3. What size wiring are you using now? Tweeter size?

#4. 300 watts is nothing compared to what some are using. I'm running 14ga on 650watts.

You didn't mention what gauge wire your using now . But I highly doubt you would notice / hear / receive any more output from larger gauge speaker wire.
