Yea, I'd definitely support everything, may even double-layer the kerfed part with fiberglass between and on the outside layer.

Alright, here's a rough idea of what im thinking about...then it would be sealed off all around the hood/horn..

Im thinking this will help get louder...anymore comments/concerns on anything?

Cool design, im no expert, but I can imagine it should be a def increase in output. Seems like you would be funneling the output from the port up front where it should be.

Yea, I probably will add a 'hump' infront of the port so it isnt a 90-degree cut forwards and be more like a full horn.
