I wouldn't waste your time/money... Fiberglass gets it's strength in curves and bends. Wood is much more ridgid, dense, and stronger in flat expanses. On the inside, like you've already done coating with resin will make things smoother to increase air velocity though, but that's the extent.

Yea, im mainly just trying to smooth things out...and after I upload the pics you'll see some add-on pieces on the sides that I wanted to just make all one, smooth surface rather than have seams...pics uploading, one min..

Alright,

It's time to seal-off the sides of the enclosure and to make the top one piece all the way across..

Pretty good gap on each side..

Getting the jig for mounting holes..

Hmm...there's no 3 rd baffle yet..

The jig says no 18.5" holes...I'll just make my own..

3rd baffle on..

^The 3rd baffle sticks up a little above the top of the enclosure due to an oversight..that'll get sanded down along with the roughness on the top of the enclosure and maybe a layer of milkshake to level+smoothen everything off and one final sanding.

It'll be all the way acrossed infront as well, that will hopefully be finished tomorrow and then the rear deck area will be getting worked on too to get things more under control because it's still just a cluster of crap in the rear deck area with no flow to things //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Also, the bottom of the enclosure will be extended down flush to the floor and the area sealed up as well

What the heck is milkshake?

Bondo + Resin. It's kind of self leveling....
