Port side and first port piece mounted to eachother..

The sides arent mounted yet...in these pics the port pieces are just sitting on the base

And had a fire...here's one of the cutouts for these baffles..

Took the dremel and grinded down the screw heads flat in the port so I can just body filler and sand it smooth..

Some body filler...not the prettiest thing but it'll all be sanded down..

Support piece..

Mounted..

Top of the opening into the port...got the piece cut for the top..

Looks like it's really coming together. I just picked up a first gen SL and plan on putting a monster system in it as well. Plan on putting 6000 rms in it but with the stock alt maybe 3000. Where did you get your dual alt bracket from and how much?

And you gotz to make that ish, son //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif the dual alt setup will require custom work for both alt locations if youre going with over 200 amps for the stock location I would think it'd need a custom spacer-bracket type deal like mine.

i wish... i dont like the soundstreams i got so im switching... again. haha.:crap:its horrible... and unfortunatly i got rid of the mt's. so im stuck with s***... but the plan is to get a pair of FI ssd's . put them on a hifonics brutus bxi2006d and an 18 cubic ft box after displacement tuned to 30 hertz... ground pounder baby ! hopefully it sits around 147's on music.. then ill do little stuff like new H/U. maybe some dynomat... not really sure

Thanks and III is waterproof once dry and II is water/weather resistant...Im pretty sure the only difference is the waterproofness of them but III may also have a slightly higher pull-apart strength.
