Alright pimps and pimp'ettes you know the drill

Two 12" Type Rs

Hifonics XX Herc @ 1 Ohm

Custom Slot Ported Box @ 32 Hz

Yay , Nay?

Also, whats a good cube size for two of those

well i had a 2 cube box. just made a 3 cube box but i sold my type R before i could test it. the reason i built a 3 was because thats what people are using and they sure slam. so i would make it 6 cubes. use aero ports, if not, use 40 sq inches of port area per sub.

I've got a single 12" type R and I need to know if 1.44 cubic ft. sealed is too big?

I'll be running 800rms into it with a Viper D1200.1.

EDIT: Nevermind. Looks like I'll need to bump it up a little. If 1.5 cubes sealed is *minimum*, whats optimal?

Im pretty sure its been covered already.... but 2347895984 posts is a headache to look through... Simple VS. question.

1 2003 model 15" L7 Vs. 2 12" Type R's.

Ported, with a bx1500d Hifonics amp.

Thanks!
