i got so ***** by best buy,

i payed $179 for a single 10" type R and it came to a total of like $220 with the

4 year warranty. lol

i feel used.

I've read threads where they are praised for SLP , and even more praising them for SQ ..... Are they really all that good ? Or is it just one of those " ggod subs for low money " things ?

Yes, the Type-R are decent subs. Since they have Alpine on them, I won't purchase one though. Same money spent elsewhere on subs.
