they R by alot.
check out the test results.... we have thrown all kinds of power at these woofs in low tuned boxes and they love it.

if you think that R sounds good sealed... you *must* get a ported box!!! Thats when they really shine.

So since the type r's are very underrated as far as the specs go, do you think I would have a problem if I ran 600-700rms to one type r 10 in a 1.3 cu.ft. ported box for everyday use? Will it sound good?

i know dude i was clown'n.we did the sensor in diffrent locations , port, dash, and outside of the whip. oscilliscope and RTA is what is setup on his laptop , hes got the new termlab setup with a termlab sensor not a mic , i dont know as much as he does but hes teaching me the whjole 9, ya know.

the sensor when we did 152.7 was outside!...j/k...i wish...it was in the port if im correct either way it was loud....
