Loudest daily driver would have to be one of my teammates. 2 15" RE MT's and 4 hifonics bxi1606's in a grand am. Last testing he did a 150.4 IIRC.

Comp. setup was 2 mojo 15's and I think 2 4kw's in a crx. Did a 155.5

Loudest I ever heard was a guy with 8-12's , dont know the brand or what amps he had, but it hit 151 at the comp. but the BEST I've ever heard was a friend of mine who has one DD9515, dont know his amp either, but he hit 147 at the comp, and has put it in a better box since then and hit 149.8. He's trying to get to 150 with one sub

The three loudest I've sat in are as follows:

1. One of the local shop workers, Anthony, has a Cirrus. 6 13w7 walled off (sealed), 6 1000/1's. Daamn Loud.

2. My friend Brian's T-Bird. Single DD 9515, 4.5 ported, powered by an AudioArt 100HC. Daamn Loud.

3. At a swap meet in Canfield, saw a Camaro there, maybe an 85 or 86 t-tops. Had 10 HiFonics Warrior 12's and a shit ton of power. Don't even remember the amps on it. This was about 5 or 6 years ago, so that time frame. I couldn't breathe in that car. Did high 40's sealed up. LOUD AS HELL. Loudest I've yet to hear in person.

The T-Bird was/is a daily driver. Now has an Elemental SP15 same AudioArt amp. It's nice. I liked the DD better though...

Loudest single sub setup ive heard:

01 tahoe, 3 odyssey 2150's, IA 40.1, TC LMS-5400 18-SEALED !

Not only was it loud, it was very very accurate. Punch you in your face double kicks. This was by no means a SPL setup at all.

I love how much people don't believe. I am aware how much 4db's is. I was off. I admitted that. He competes. He has competed at Spring Break Nats every year. Guess their mics are off.

The STANDARD for SPL measurement is the TermLab SENSOR.

NOT A MICROPHONE.

That truck does NOT to a 160 sealed on the dash, doesn't even do a 160 in the kick with door open.

Maybe 160 at the port on the TL... LAWL. Or 160+ on an uncalibrated AudioControl MICROPHONE.

Certainly NOT on the TermLab Sensor.

Ovation on the Southside of Indianapolis used to have a Suburban with 8 JL 13W7s in it

When they cranked it up, everyone stopped moving around and kinda stood still. Its not street legal as they had to put LCD's with cameras where mirrors were supposed to be.

BTW funny factoid...Ron Artest worked at Ovation when he first got traded to the Pacers for two weeks just so he could get the employee discount

btw.....loudest singe sub setup I heard was a Chevy extended cab with 1-15inch DD9515, IA20.1 amp, ported box ...hit 149.8 on the TermLab

No idea.

Didnt have the TL at the time and TC now has the top of that sub because it had former issues.

He has 2 TC Sounds Prototype LMS 15's in there now so when he comes down we'll get some numbers on it.
