I work for cc and we had a sound competition. There was a guy there with one twelve xxx and it hit freaking hard. He hit 139.2 decibals in a camaro. I personally dont know much about re but i would like to after that. I know alot about jl and i really like them, but if someone ever tells me they have something i would never go off on them and push one brand in particular. Perhaps if it was my commission i would but i believe that sound is subjective, so what i think might sound horrible, may be golden to someone else. I like the uniqueness and the variety that car audio gives you so i support whatever stuff someone comes to me with. If they are having fun with the hobby, thats cool with me. By the way if yall have any info sites (im sure you do) on re please let me know.

I went to a local store to see how much they would charge to put my ladies system in her new car. He looked at the RE8's and said "What are they." I told him RE AUDIO. He was like "I remember seeing them funny looking things somewhere before. "You want to run 8"s." I smiled and said "wait until you hear them!!!" Little does he know!

I work at CC and spend countless hours on car audio forums to learn about different brands.. that way when someone comes in and asks about a particular brand im not like they **** MTX rules because i dont know what it is.. Granted i am the only one out of our 5 salesman that actually eats sleeps and breathes car audio. Its not just your big boxes that dont know about brands like Adire and Re its the small shops also.. We have 3 big shops aroun here and One sells Rockford, one sells JL, and one sells Memphis.. If you go in these stores talking about others brands.. they are all crap.. The internet rules because you can get real opinions and learn about everything without having to hear crap from a salesman just because he thinks the best brand is the one he sells...

I actually have a totally different story. This guy today at CC actually told me that AUDIOBAHN is really good and high quality. Well he had another salesmen come in and say "AUDIOBAHN SUCKS ***!!!! I wouldnt let many people buy audiobahn because I dont want them coming back *****ing at me." Thats EXACTLY what he said. Then he went rambling on how Kicker is coming in the spring yada yada yada. He also said that the power acoustik LT1920/2 wouldnt power 2 10 inch Kicker L5's. Lets just say I found somebody that was actually halfway smart!
