You all do realize that this site as an ignore list feature, right? Absolutely no reason to keep feeding the trolls.
OP, keep it up, no reason you can't have a 55 with that cone area and power.

Plan to use your 3/4 ply for baffle. 5-6 layers, flush mount if you can. Get a gallon of wood glue and a 6" hot dog roller to layer up the glue between layers. Keep the roller in a pail of water between uses or overnight.

Don't worry so much about bondo for now... not to round over internal corners anyway, if you don't have unlimited budget you'll want that money elsewhere. Once the box is solid and tight your biggest thing to get 100% right will be sealing off the edges smooth and airtight.

Lmao I came to that conclusion slo_ride lol....when I first came to this site i thought he was respected but i found out real quick that wasn't the case lol....he either makes up bullsh it lies or rewords what other people say to make him look just as good or better than someone else. But yeah i have to figure out how im going to do the back of the wall....i was just barely able to make all thre fit. Im going to have about 7 inches in width and roughly 20 inches in height maybe 25....and that's with the subs touching each other.

Oh and so i got to looking at what I've donr so far i decided to take out the angles and i was able to make it square on the left side.....i will post what i have done so far

I won my first show at 15

By 17 with ONE 15 I was doing low to mid 150s

At 22 I was knocking on 160s door with 4 15s and 8kw.

That was almost ten years ago.

People today with systems that cost 3x more with much more power and cone area still do those numbers..

With 3v18s and 8kw you should be doing very high 150s with a daily tune..

I never seen fade an ANY show back between 2000 and 2003. . if I did he wasn't loud or I flat out didn't know him. like I said IF HE did he would know some of the loudest car in the state where ben signals old work van with 8 15s and 4 lunar 200HCs mudded. josh 6 12s with 2 JBL 1200,1s and I was in stock with 1 9515 doing high 140s out a truck of a lil white Saturn.

later I got a Nissan frontier and had 4 rd audio alpha 15s and 4 RD 1750. lil silver truck. hell I went to GEORGA meet the owner of RD and competed,,
