You wish to develope a range of products for Brazil, and you want our help? Uhm... make sure everything is in Portuguese. Other than that, Brazilians prolly want the same features/equipment that anyone else would.
Your question doesn't make alot of sense. You need to be more specific if you can expect any realistic help.
