I'm guessing you're targeting about 800-1000w rms for a CVX12, right? Is the sub DVC4?

Look for the Hifionics BXi1206d (or 1208), BXi1606d (or 1608), or the TXi1506d in the FS section. Pretty decent budget amps and will do very close to their rated RMS.
