Yeah, Nick built some for JP. They were in the $200 range. Might as well get the SA's or GCons, IMO. Lv3 = meh. Throw out anything non 9500 DD. Those Ascendants are pretty dope. Does the IA Death Row come in a 10?

That is correct. I made 10's for JP and I can do it again but perfectly good woofers have to be completely torn down and re-built using 10" parts in order to have Obsidian 10's which is why they're more money than the stock 12's and 15's. Or you could use three 12's like I did in my CRX. Volume was too small for four 12's but perfect for three 12's tuned low at 29 Hz and it was nasty.

If you have 6cu, your BEST bet (IMO) is a pair of 15s in a ported box with room to breathe. Divvy it up and you're talking ~1.5cu per sub, which is REALLY not optimal for SPL for most of the real powerhouses.

And if you're talking 600RMS each, you could go to 1200RMS each for two, right? I know it isn't a popular brand, but a pair of 15" Kicker L7's in a 6cu ported box getting 1200 a pop would be pretty ******* devastating.

if he does 2 15s on 1200w, there are much better options than L7's. Hey nick (@Electrodynamic), weren't you building subs out of returned parts at one point? I dont remember if that was the deal but you had sick prices on that stuff!

I would have to agree with others. Either 4 10's or 3 12's if there is room. If you are looking for spl, you will need more port area , which will take up more space. If you are looking for just spl, with a high tuned box, the sa's have done some impressive numbers.

Did you not read this whole entire thread....not enough room for 12s, and Obsidian has to custom make 10s. Please just do us all a favor and run headfirst into a wall and try to make it so you dont walk away from it.
